Established in Hong Kong in 2003, Bite has quickly grown from a family venture into a full-fledged, fast-growing food and beverage specialist group that prides itself on discovering new global culinary trends and introducing them to Asia. Bite is the parent company of some of the city’s most popular eateries including our own brands Yo Mama and Ciao Chow as well as the Triple O’s, Panino Giusto and GROM franchises. Throughout the years, the philosophy behind our success has remained the same – bringing to market and advancing new concepts, which are casual, fun and affordable, and which all share one very important feature: premium quality ingredients that we go to great lengths to source directly from producers and farm to table whenever possible.
We consider our food affordable luxuries. Operating on a larger scale allows us to go the extra mile and make accessible the freshest, prime ingredients from around the world to our customers while remaining price competitive. This includes our supplies from Italian artisanal farms for Panino Giusto, the exclusive “Super+” strain of live probiotic bacteria from Bulgaria for Yo Mama, the Canadian “secret sauce” for Triple O’s burgers, gelato ingredients from company-owned Italian organic farms for GROM, and securing the prestigious Verace Pizza Napoletana certification for Ciao Chow’s pizzas.
We seek to be the first in everything we do. Triple O’s was the first made-to-order burger chain, Yo Mama the first frozen yogurt chain with active probiotic culture, Panino Giusto the first made-to-order Italian artisanal sandwich concept, while Ciao Chow will be the first VPN certified Italian Pizzeria in Hong Kong.

For more than thirty years, Panino Giusto has represented a Milanese business that has 17 restaurants in the city of its birth, 5 restaurants in the rest of Italy, 5 in Japan and one recently in London. Panino Giusto has established itself as a brand that combines, taste and traditional care of ingredients while staying innovative. We welcome our customers to an informal but refined atmosphere. Abundant with flavour and aroma, with the highest quality, something we like to call "express excellence".
To bring authentic Italian gastronomy to Hong Kong, without compromise. Educating our customers on high quality Italian ingredients, steeped in tradition and culture. A menu built around simple, yet high quality ingredients, ingredients that speak for themselves. In this case more is not better. The tradition and the culture of food that too often gets lost in large cities, are realized and shared through tasting the combination of ingredients from Parma, to Modena, and Reggio Emilia Italy. The end result is not only tasted but it is also a brief history lesson of time old artisan practices.

The idea is to apply the common principle of the world’s best restaurants to the production of gelato: the buying of the absolute highest-quality raw materials.
We have pursued this goal since 2002 by rigorously researching the best products the agricultural world has to offer: only fresh fruit from the best consortium in Italy and from our own organic farmMura Mura®; no addition of artificial colorings, aromas, preservatives or emulsifiers.
This is how gelato “like it use to be made” was born: gelato with high-quality fresh milk and cage-free eggs; sorbets with 50% fruit, water from Sparea® Springs and white cane sugar.
